2 ABNORMAL CONDITIONS OF THE COURSE (R.25)
All zones marked out with stakes or blue or white lines, such
as ravines caused by the rain or watering or ruts made by mowers
and other equipment, or even those that are not marked out, are
considered as abnormal conditions.
3 THE 11th HOLE.
The abnormal conditions on the right of the green give the player
the right to apply the options of Rule 25- the Dropping Zone,
located to the right of the bunker on the right of the green.

IRREMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS.( (R.24.2)
Young plants : Poplar trees and locust trees which make up the
hedges have a hose pipe at their bases which is considered an
irremovable obstruction and rule 24.2 applies.
When there is a stay (from a bridge) and/or a stake, the whole
of the tree/stay/stake//basin at the base must be considered an
irremovable obstruction and rule 24.2 applies.
5 PATHS/TRACKS
All the paths, including those that are artificially covered,
are considered to be an integral part of the course.
Players must play the ball where it lies or declare it to be unplayable
(R28).
